Programmes

Our programmes are in strict compliance with the Bologna Process whose purpose it is to increase compatibility between different European university systems thus facilitating transfer of credits from one university to another. It has also enabled European universities to be more attractive and competitive.

Another aim of the Process is to modernize the education system in order to better meet the needs of a labour market that has changed, and is continuing to change at a rapid rate.

By following the directives of the Bologna Process, SU offers a modern education of excellent quality that combines both theory and practice with programmes that promote exchanges between our institution and other universities in Europe and beyond. Our students work in a multicultural context in which we encourage an openness of thought and expression, making their studies with us extremely rewarding.

SU welcomes students of all nationalities and from all backgrounds. For students to flourish and to enjoy studying at SU, we promote an environment and an atmosphere conducive to success. Our classrooms are equipped with the latest multimedia technologies and students have access to a large number of libraries in Geneva.

Our faculty has been recruited according to strict criteria in order to guarantee an education of the highest quality. To maintain our standards and to improve the quality of the teaching on offer, students are regularly involved in the evaluation process.
